Currently we also make: Chocolate Roulade - A light chocolate whole egg meringue (Gluten free), filled with cream, rolled and finished with a dusting of snow. No wheat flour is used. Chocolate Cherry Roulade - As above with an additional red cherry filling. Raspberry & Hazelnut Roulade - Hazelnut meringue (Gluten free), chocolate ganache and raspberry cheesecake filling.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Although this looks like a cake it’s made using the traditional recipe with the toffee sauce whipped and spread over. Heating a slice briefly, it becomes a delicious pudding on a pool of wonderfully rich and smooth sauce. |
