TARTS
Our wonderful tarts are made with a very short sweet pastry base and then topped up with the individual fillings. The 11” diameter tarts all give 12 to 16 portions, though most of the tarts are so rich they are best divided into sixteen portions and may go even further. Like everything in our range, they are made the day before delivery then carefully chilled and packed.
We make the frangipane ourselves for the Bakewells, the Apricot and Almond and the Cranberry tarts using genuine ground almonds with no peanut or ground apricot kernels, as some do.
