We insist on using the very finest, fresh ingredients, sourced locally from the best suppliers, making our dishes unique and utterly irresistible. Everything is made to order, nothing is frozen, so some items such as our traditional hand-raised game pies remain seasonal. We add absolutely no E numbers or artificial preservatives. We also cater for gluten free.
