QUICHES

We have taken great care to find a method whereby our tasty quiches don’t shrink during production, they are filled to the brim and then probed to make sure they have reached the correct temperature before going into the Blast Chiller. Unless specified, we use Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese in our quiches, this and the other cheeses we use are from a Devon supplier. The ham we use is hand cut and virtually fat free. Most of the vegetables are delivered daily and again, we are happy to make quiches to our customers specifications. We produce three sizes of quiche, the 11” in diameter provides 12 to 16 portions. The 9” size provides at least 8 good portions and we make individual savoury tarts, which are 4” across and a filling serving for one or a shared by two. |
